Pilates For All

My Pilates Classes have always been about movement, moving for health, moving for wellness, moving because it feels good. I have been teaching Pilates for 22 years and feel it has evolved in that time, I love the fact that everyone can implement the Pilates principles into day to day movement. All Classes are multi level and suitable for all.  if you prefer a standing/seated session this is also available.


Meditation

After having an awful year, I needed something to help me feel better in my mind!  So I started to Mediatate initially it was due to anxiety that I Meditated, it helped me alot. I felt calmer, more relaxed and happier.

I run sessions online, one to one and in groups. There is also a Pilates Mindfulness Class, Movement for the Mind & Body.

Massage

I have trained in a Level 3 Sports Massage Course, which has enabled me to become more hands on with my clients. I believe that massage shouldnt hurt, it should be theraputic and releasing soft tissue should be done with kindness. I am also an Aromatouch Therapist which is a beautiful treatment using essential oils.
